Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All coffee is roasted fresh to order to ensure every bag arrives at peak flavor. Please allow 2–3 business days for roasting and fulfillment before shipment.
- Carriers: USPS Priority Mail
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after roast and ship date
- Shipping Area: Contenental United States only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on amount purchased.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships
Subscription Orders
Subscription coffees roast and ship every 4 weeks on your renewal date. Your card is charged automatically for each shipment. You can pause, skip, switch roasts, or cancel anytime through the link in your confirmation email.
Apparel & Merchandise
T-shirts and other merchandise typically ship within 2 business days of order. If coffee and apparel are ordered together, they may ship separately.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every batch is roasted to order, coffee purchases are non-returnable once shipped. If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Merchandise (like T-shirts) may be exchanged or returned within 14 days if unworn and unwashed. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once orders leave our roastery, delivery timelines are managed by USPS. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll assist with a postal investigation or replacement where possible.
